Hong Kong Buffett in Escanaba

IF you go during a lunch or dinner rush food is good. Any other time it is dried out, old, and not replace until gone no matter how long it sits or how bad it looks. Staff is all very rude and slow. Dishes arent cleared often enough off tables and forget it if you want a refill cause they never ask and give you an attitude if you ask and take forever to bring it back if they do.

You get your bang for your buck. Their food selection is fairly static but it's always as good as the last time I have visited. The waiters are attentive. Highly recommend early in the day or at peak business hours for the hottest and freshest food.

I love Chinese food and we have gone off and so we went to the one in escanaba because we were there and their food has been great in the past. I was extremely disappointed in the food and the care and I will not return there. The food was very poor either ill prepared for most of all it tasted like leftover from lunch time.it just was not good and I think for $10 a meal you should be able to have a decent meal.

Ill get a craving for their buffet and it satisfies every time

Great local buffet with sushi and Mongolian grill. They do charge for drinks on top of the meal. But that's whatever. Service is great foods always been fresh.

Food was delicious but I was a little bummed that someone ate all of the wontons out of the wonton soup and wontons were never added to the broth while I was there.

It was Ok. Facility was nice n clean. Staff was friendly. Some of the food was great and some blahhhh. Need to keep food fresh. Don't think I'll ever stop there again.

It's was pretty good , but I haven't tried the Mongolian cooking side where they cook it right in front of you . That looked pretty sweet but I was starving and wanted to eat asap. I was bummed though that I had to ask for chop sticks and then they looked at me like I couldn't use them. Other than that it was pretty nice.

Best Chinese/Mongolian restaurant around! We love going here at least once a month. Great food, great value!

Jasmine white rice was not sticky rice it had been made with too much water, too many spicy dishes and not enough of the less spicy. General tso's usually has veggies in it and a better tasting soy base. Green beans were undercooked, as were some of the fried items, could've been cooked a little longer. Excellent service, need to include knives in the silverware napkin pack. Buffet came to $23 for two people. A little high- just make the buffet $8-10 each.

The food is hot, too hot (temperature). How often does that happen at Chinese buffet. Decent pricd I'll be back.

All in all its pretty good. The mussels they have are surprisingly really good! I get them every time I go! Not a big fan of the sushi but it's normally pretty fresh food either everything else there!

Food is really good! Although i think it needs to be remodeled as it has never been changed for many years. And also the place is very dusty. But overall food is good and good price!

Food is dry, service is aweful. Have to get up to refil ur own drink and they rarely grab your plates. Then they rush u out the door.

Food was mediocre at best. Mongolian BBQ was skimpy and the meats were very fatty. Could hardly read the descriptions on the sauces. General Tso sauce didn't taste right at all and was very watery. Almost had a sweet and sour sauce taste to it. All of the chicken dishes in the buffet used dark meat and fat vs quality cuts. Even the sweet and sour chicken was darkish meat(supposed to be all white meat) The dining area is very worn and the chairs are very uncomfortable. Staff was friendly, food was hot and the price was reasonable. Crab rangoons were very good and packed full of cream cheese. I think if they had some competition in town they would up their game. Until then, 2 stars.

Love the Hot n Sour Soup! Food in buffet was delicious. Servers are quick to notice if refills are needed.
